21 Day Advanced Challenge

    This Challenge begins with a 36 Hour Bone Broth Fast. Through the Fast we will once again detox our microbiome, reset our metabolism and trigger the healing benefits of Autophagy. Leaning on previously learned knowledge acquired in the 30 Day Nutrition Program, we immediately jump into learning techniques that will help you learn to:

  • 1.Breakthrough weight loss plateaus 

    Using a variety of new techniques, different from anything you’ve heard before

  • 2. Increase your metabolic flexibility

    Development of metabolic flexibility that will allow you to switch between Glucose Burning to Ketone Burning with ease

    The end goal of the program is to create cellular changes that result in your metabolism continuously use body fat as fuel in a efficient and effective way.
